TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all services provided by Social Haven. By approving a proposal, booking a service or making payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms below.

01. Payments

A 50% deposit is required to secure your project unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance is due before final files, designs or completed deliverables are released.

Work will not commence until the required deposit has been received.

02. Turnaround Times

Estimated timeframes will be provided based on the scope of your project. Turnaround times may vary depending on project requirements, revisions and client response times.

Any delay in providing content, feedback, approvals or information may affect the agreed delivery date.

03. Revisions

Projects include the revisions outlined within your selected service or proposal.

Additional revisions, changes outside the original brief or requests made after final approval may incur an additional fee.

04. Cancellations

Once work has commenced, fees relating to work already completed, time allocated and expenses incurred may still be payable.

Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with the project agreement and applicable Australian consumer law.

05. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Final approved deliverables created specifically for the client will be released once full payment has been received.

Any third-party assets, fonts, stock imagery, software or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Social Haven reserves the right to display completed work within our portfolio, website and marketing materials.

06. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, feedback and approvals required to complete the project.

Social Haven is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals or changes to the original project scope.

07. Communication

Project communication should remain clear and timely to ensure deadlines can be met.

Major changes, additional requests or work outside the agreed scope may require an updated quote.

08. Agreement

By proceeding with a Social Haven service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Nothing within these terms is intended to exclude any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under Australian consumer law.
