By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions apply to all projects and communications between the client and SOCIAL HAVEN.

1. Payments

To begin the process of creating any of our services, a 50% deposit is required to secure your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment must be made via approved payment methods. No final files will be delivered until full payment is received.

3. Revisions & Approval

Each project includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this will incur extra fees. Final approval must be given by the client in writing before delivery or publishing.

4. Turnaround Time

Logo designs are typically delivered on the same business day. Turnaround times for other services vary based on project scope. While we strive to meet all agreed deadlines, delays in client communication or feedback may impact delivery timeframes.

5. Ownership & Copyright

All final designs are transferred to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable as it covers the time and effort spent designing and creating mockups tailored specifically to your requests. If you cancel the project after work has begun, you will be invoiced for any completed work.

– All data is stored securely and access is limited to essential personnel.
